A 36-year-old male presented with a 6-month history of skin-colored flat-topped papules in a 20-year-old black tattoo. Tattoo history Present over the arms and forearms Applied over 20 years prior by a professional tattoo artist No previous history of cutaneous eruptions within the tattoos Presence of skin-colored papules was sudden and symptomless The number of papules within the tattoo were increasing from the initial time of onset.
