A 32 yr old obese male patient with complaints of abdominal tightness and acidity not relieved with proton pump inhibitors. Some times there is a regurgitation of food. No other specific symptoms. He is using Pantop 40 mg from last 6 months.

He is OK when he takes the medicine but the symptoms reappear if the drug is stopped. Can any one suggest me the treatment? Patient is not willing for endoscopy.
