A patient with schizophrenia on aripiprazoze & risperidone along with trihexiphnidyl still gets hallucinations at times with depression & weight gain (probably from earlier olanzepine) Can anybody suggest better remedies.the patient is a qualified female of 38 years age. She devoloped gtcs for which she is also taking topiramide.

That part is ok.
