16 years female from uttar pradesh, daughter of army personnel attended in very critical condition and bed ridden, presented with complaints of dyspnoea, cough, fever and she had took 2 years of ATT from different hospitals. Her initial x-ray was atelectasis of both lungs and  the x-ray presented was 1 year after treatment.
