Recently I had an interaction with one of my colleague, 62-year-old male, practising anaesthesiology. He experiences mild pain in the left ear whenever he sleeps in left lateral position but has no pain in RT lateral position. Has been examined by ENT specialist, every finding WNL except left DNS.

CT brain and base of skull normal. Please advise the plan of treatment.
