A 73 year female presented with pain and distention abdomen X Ray show air under diaphragm confirmed by CT and USG. On laparotomy no perforatipn could be traced. No fecal matter or bile in cavity.

Only 40 to 50 ml of turbid fluid in peritoneal cabity. Kindly give expert views.
