Hello everyone, A 26 year old female G5P4L4 A0 with 20 weeks pregnanat with h/o on and off bleeding which she thought of irregular menstruation took medicine for which bleeding stop but again and again bleeding lead her to USG which shows she is 5 months pregnant. With placenta posterior previa grade 1 with retroplacental clot...fetus moves, cardiac activity normal weight 350gm. Pt.wants MTP and her Hb is 6gm . I counseled her to continue with the pregnanacy and told her what are the risks. And also asked her to get investegated for CBC, BG, LFT, KFT, CRP, HIV, HBSAG, BT, CT, PTINR.
She hasn't given her verdict yet My question is how to terminate such cases if required? Augmenting it with slow oxytocin..close observation on vitals .ot prep.blood in hand..what else to do? And to continue such preg.bed rest corecting Hb...follow up. Please guide for both situation. Thanks
