Amyloidosis are complex disorders for the understanding and analysis because they often involve different organ systems and indistinct indications that can be easily misdiagnosed. In recent years, a better understanding of their pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms has led to significant progressions in diagnosis and treatment with improved prognosis for many amyloidosis patients, but there are many aspects of these diseases that still remain abstruse. In this article, 5 clinical studies are discussed which gives the pictures where India is in the recent scenario for amyloidosis.
