A 30-year-old lady presented with intermittent, involuntary twitching of the muscles on the left side of the face for 2 -months, which would last from a few seconds to several minutes. Spasms occur spontaneously and without warning. There was h/o suggestive hemifacial weakness on that side about 1.5 years back which improved over 2 months with some indigenous treatment and massage nature not known.

She is not a known diabetic or hypertensive and h/o trauma due to fall on the ground 1.5 years back, examination revealed intermittent spasm of left facial muscles involving almost half of the face, more prominent around the ocular muscle, no other focal neurological deficit. Systemic examination NAD.
