A patient 12y/m, find complaining of poor weight gain and height with normal intelligence. Physical findings wt-22kg, height-127cm, thyroid prominent but euthyroid, no pubic and axillary hair.

Blood report-Hb-12.4, TLC-8600, serum creatinine-0.6, T3-0.98, T4-7.6, TSH-4.5, Growth harmone-1.22, Testosterone-26.64, Usg abdomen-cystitis, cxr-wnl, Xray b/l wrist -normal. Kindly suggest what can be done further?
