A-32-year old female presented to a gynecological clinic for evaluation of abdominal pain. She was married for 7 years and belonged to a socially low class. Medical History Four years prior to this presentation, the patient reportedly had lost her fetus after 34 weeks of gestation. Two years prior to this presentation, she also had a miscarriage after 16 weeks of gestation.
One year after the above miscarriage, the patient suffered two episodes of epistaxis, leading to 15 days of medical reanimation after her pregnancy. Following this, the patient vaginally delivered a baby boy.
