Case Presentation A 46-year-old woman with no significant past medical history presented for a routine health checkup. She was asymptomatic at the time of evaluation.
Presentation at Routine Health Checkup Incidental finding of a septated cystic lesion in the cervix on pelvic ultrasound, measuring approximately 5 × 4 cm (Cover Image A) Physical examination An enlarged cervix with multiple palpable cystic structures completely occluding the external os A Pap smear was performed and was negative for intraepithelial lesions or malignancy Imaging Findings MRI pelvis: Lesion hypointense on T1-weighted and hyperintense on T2-weighted images (5.5 × 3.8 cm) Located in the anterior cervical stroma, extending into anterior myometrium and right broad ligament (Figure 1) Figure 1: MRI showing the sagittal section of the pelvis.
