A 17-year-old male was presented to the ED after an episode of seizure at home. His parents reported that he never had a seizure before; however, he had episodes of lightheadedness and presyncope. Telemetry (results are attached for your reference) was conducted at the ED. While monitoring the patient on telemetry, he complained of having lightheadedness.
