His Hb=15.3gm% ; RBS - 93mg% ; S.Creatinine - 0.65mg/dl ; S.Na - 141mmols/L: S-K -4.1mmols/L ; S-Cl - 101mmols/L.
He is on Tab.Prednisolone 10mg twice daily; Somatotropin 1.6mg s/c six days a week; intra nasal desmopressin twice daily. Please give your suggestions regarding perianaesthetic problems and its management.
