Dear all, A 78-yr-old type II DM, k/c/o CCF EF 45 %, has frothy stools, gasses, increased frequency of defecation. Anaphylaxis has occured after giving O2. Doctor declared him allergic to all azole and fluoroquinolone antibiotics.

Which drug should I give him? I suspect amboeasis.
