A 62 year old male who presented to an oncologist with neck swelling, fever, loss of appetite and weight diagnosed to gave Mantle cell lymphoma. Received 2 cycles of chemotherapy presented to us with paresthesia both lower limbs and upper limbs and severe gait ataxia.
