A lady of 50 years came to OPD with the minimal headache of long duration with no vomiting. She was ordered with X-Ray PNS and it showed right maxillary sinus of severe nature. So, CT Scan PNS plain was ordered and to the surprise apart from sinusitis, a Right calcified frontal meningioma was reported.

Further MRI scan both plain and contrast proved the diagnosis and she underwent excision. The CT scan after Surgery is also shown. This tells a medical lesson that all headaches need to be attended with care.
