68 yrs female got ant compressed fracture of L5 on 10th Nov.14.She is on conservative tt and physiotherapy  but still she is not able to walk properly due to pain.The pain in both hips and radiating to left glutealregion and lower leg. Pain is more in standing and walking.Pain killers give temporary relief.MRI of spines showed "Ant. wedge collapse of L5  vertebral body.Lumber spondylosis with PIVD at L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels causing mild secondary canal stenosis and compression of exciting nerve roots." Expert advice is needed for further management.Any surgical interference? Besides this she has slurring of speech {few specific words }, urinary incontinence, sleep talking, disfigured hand writting No tremors or invoulantry movements.Memory and higher centres normal.No orthostatic hypotension.
