Antiemetic, Antinausea medication should be given COMPULSORILY — before administering Antibiotic ATLEAST for the first time, before Surgery. Antiemetic, Antinausea medication should be given COMPULSORILY — before breaking Nil by Mouth instruction, After surgery. These should be Compulsorily followed — To avoid the distress of Nausea vomiting caused or initiated by administration of Antibiotics and other drugs .. Similarly — NBM nil by mouth  for ATLEAST a minimum of 6 hrs, Micturition and Defecation —- before any surgery or Procedure.

Should also be followed to avoid distress and disturbing events.. NBM of 12 - 24 hrs is the best for obese; Only water or IV fluids are allowed.
