34 yr old 2nd para underwent emergency L S C S for severe P I H superimposed on chronic hypertension on 22 Aug 2014. She is on Lebetelol 4oo mg, four times a day and Nefedipine 20mg, twice daily. Pre op B P  used to be 14o/90 with only 100 mg of Lebetelol twice a day.

On the day of surgery it was 190/120. Since both the drugs are not ideal while lactating, what better options are available?
