A 62 year old patient with diagnosed hypertension, diabetes mellitus, well controlled with medication has Thrombocytopenia every time on CBC examination.Investigation led to diagnosis of NASH. Now this patient has TVD on coronary angiography, for which taking femoral vein CABG was done.His platelet count remained in range of 55,000 to 75,000.

Kindly advise anti platelet therapy for this patient.
