A Los Alamos National Laboratory in the US has developed the computer simulations this study published in the journal of Nature Microbiology, which can accurately predict the transmission of HIV in population. HIV infection can be prevented with the help of computer simulation and for the detection of HIV infection, the actual DNA data is obtained from the global public HIV database.
