H/o extraction of 38 before 8 months due to pain after which patient had pain in 33 and was referred for opg after which a doctor extracted 33. Now after 5 months, patient comes with the preop opg complaining of pus discharge via healed alveolar in 33 with pain.

No e/o nor i/o swelling present. What could be Differential Diagnosis?
