Asia's first upper arm double hand transplant in Kochi by the team from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences headed by the head, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery dept, AIIMS, on a 19-year-old engineering student by conducting 13 hours surgery and 20 surgeons and 16 member anaesthetic team is to be congratulated by all the doctors of India. It is a marvellous feat in Indian medical field.
