Full-term male baby weight 3 kg had serum bilirubin 25 on the morning of Day 3 put double surface phototherapy in the evening, it came down to 17. On Day 4 it was 10, phototherapy continued till Day 5 and discharged on day 5. His recount was 07 G 6PD normal. On Day 8 serum bilirubin again increased to 25.
