A 14 months old USA born Indian baby has itching on and off since 8 months. She also has severe dry skin for the same time. She is under treatment of aloe cream and Fexofenadine syrup 5ml as and when required. She is getting infections like fever and cold and her reports reveal hyperIgE (945). One of her pediatricians diagnosed atopic dermatitis & advice to quit cows milk and non-veg.
Her mother stopped breast feed ,due to insufficient secretion. She started drinking formula milk slowly but she stopped drinking water for past 1 week. Does cows milk cause itching ? How to get soft skin for this baby?
