Now a days it is seen a practice that where mostly pathologist in rural or semi urban areas or even in cities open any franchisee lab or work at many hospitals or clinic by appointing their subordinates as junior trainee doctor or mostly technicians who are qualified or unqalified but trained, they do all work and put name of consultant with no signature in computer report or digitally signed signature or simple signature of that pathologist who may have a MBBS degree or diploma or master degree. Many labs even few best names having transaction of hundred thousand crores are run by Persons as doctor having phd degree after obtaining MSc or master or basic degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology.
But as it is not legal as per MCI that they can sign reports so they hire pathologist, microbiologist, radiologist and biochemist who run their multiple labs in different part of country…
