Dear doctors, Could anyone tell me an effective treatment for seborrhic dermatitis (dandruff ) ? I routinely see patients with severe blepharitis associated with dandruff of the scalp (-which seems to be resistant to the OTC medicines) .

Any treatment for blepharitis will be only effective if the root cause is removed. Suggestions please.
