A 7yr old boy is brought with a history of swelling along the midline of neck which was noticed few days back by his mother. Otherwise asymptomatic.

On examination there is a firm swelling along the midline of the neck extending from thyroid cartilage upwards to hyoid bone, moving with deglutition.USG neck, Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) and thyroid profile are attached. What should be the further management in this case...
