The global prevalence of breast cancer is rising exponentially, with over 2.1 million and 627000 deaths annually.
It has now infamously earned the title of the ‘most common cancer in women’ worldwide. The incidence in the low- and middle-income countries has been rising steadily in the past years owing to the increasing life expectancy, urbanization, and adoption of healthier lifestyles.
