Brugada syndrome is a hereditary cardiac ion channelopathy. Although it is a rare condition, it predisposes patients to fatal cardiac arrhythmia and sudden cardiac arrest. Hence it is important for healthcare professionals to be aware of the electrocardiogram presentation associated with correct diagnosis and the subsequent management.
