A 65 year old lady complains of burning sensation & pain prominently on left sole below heel since last 3-4 years. She has consulted an orthopedician who diagnosed as Peripheral Neuropathy of unknown cause . She is not a diabetic. Was given Pregabalin & Gabapentin tablets which gave her some relief.

But now again the burning sensation & pain is increasing. What could be the cause & management? Which specialist would be best to be consulted?
