A Young Male Suffering From Fever, Chills And Sore Throat

A 18 y/o male developed tactile temps, chills and night sweats. A Sore throat is associated with odynophagia and dysphagia with tender glands in neck. Stinging and heartburn like abdominal pain in LUQ. Fatigue and shortness of breath. He is becoming dyspneic climbing one flight of stairs which is dramatic decrease in exercise tolerance. PMS : No HA, melena, hematochezia, no easy bruisability, no gum bleeding and weight loss   Physical Exam : Physical exams were done.

VSS was stable. No LAD in neck. Nothing significant was found in lungs, HEENT, Heart and rectal exam. No palpable masses and scars found in abdomen. As all physical examination results were negative so haematology was performed.
