I have one patient 59 years/f, non DM h/o htn, complaining of burning sensation during taking food behind sternum. She also had burning sensation in tongue and hard palate, tongue papillae normal. ECG, all blood reports wnl, USG shows adenomyosis GB. Upper GI shows proximalgastritis with gastric modularity.

Patient RUT+ pt took pylokit for 10 days with no improvement. Please advice.
