A 25 male patient having burning sensation over foot just below toe and finger from 7 days. According to the patient, it starts after he had masturbation.Previous history of same patient says, he complaint for the same 5 months back.

That time also it happened after masturbation which resolved itself.Patient is well built, doing gym, exercise, no history of trauma, no back pain.I gave him Vit B and D, and asked him to soak his foot in cold water. Kindly give ur expert opinion.
