I writing this post after reading a post about use of CME. Here I don't want to comment over usefulness of CME. But over in hand practice. I have seen many doctors pimping their juniors and most time I felt that their intention is not to teach or sharing their experiences. But they are trying to do humiliation or trying to show their superiority.
But if seniors shares their experiences with juniors and all with each others for upgrading each others. Sharing with each others experiences while examining patients (in hand practice) will be more useful. As discussion will be on new remedies of common illness instead rare illness.
