Introduction: Now a days, the percentage of young CAHDs is on the increase due to various reasons. The need for exploring the reasons is very much urgent considering the growing menace of this dragon which swallows the young and energetic human beings in their early life itself. The young in the sense, can be defined as below 40 years of age. The following reasons have been observed by me for the past 38 years with the below forty age groups- both males and females- irrespective of their hormonal status especially in females as well as socioeconomic status.
