After 4 yr in medical college as an assistant professor, I recently took up a job in a corporate/multi-specialty hospital as a full time surgeon. Its been 2 months in job and we have not had many patients for OPD/surgery. We have started marketing but the responses have not been so great.

The hospital is on many corporate companies tie up and cashless insurance tie ups. But hospital is expensive for paid patients. How to approach other doctors to make good reputation and ensure good referrals?
