One female patient aged 66 years, has an Ivory osteoma above her right ear, it is well covered by hair. However, whenever she takes calcium tablets for bony pains or cramps, she feels that the osteoma is getting more prominent.
Besides, there is a feeling that the calcium requirement is high because the ingested calcium is partially draining into the osteoma. Is there a known correlation?
