Noddings-Based Intervention in Lung Cancer Care Patients with advanced lung cancer often experience significant psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, and difficulty coping with death. This randomized controlled trial evaluated a novel Noddings’ caring theory -based intervention designed to enhance coping with death competence (CDC), improve death attitudes, and reduce emotional burden.
