A Doctor joined at proposed medical college as Associate Professor. In the appointment order management have mentioned terms and conditions that if any faculty wants to resign; faculty has to submit three months prior notice. This proposed medical college undergone MCI inspection in Jan 2015. Recently MCI sent report as LOP (Letter of Permission) can not be given to this institute because of deficiencies. Immediately after MCI inspection Chairman and management stopped paying salary to all faculties.
They told that they are having economical problem so they can't pay salary to around 125 faculties and they can leave. I want to know - Can a private medical college remove all faculties immediately after failure of MCI inspection? What can the faculties do? Please guide us
