As I am MD pediatrics working as consultant pediatrician. Can I do cardiology practice if I do some 2decho course? Can I give printed report of it with under my name and sign?

Many anaesthetist and diploma holder in cardiology after MBBS doing this. Is this sort of crosspathy even in allopathy or anyone can become anyone with little knowledge and experience?
