Female pt 42 years old suffering from low back pain localised to L 4,5 , midline, mild local tenderness, movements Flexon painful , but no neurological signs /symptoms. Past history of ERCP/ lap cholecystectomy 3 years back. X-r ls spine = nad, MRI done 2 yrs back minute disc at l-4,5 , no indentation of cord. Cbc- HB 10.5 gm, rest WNL ESR - normal, s. Calcium - 7.6 and alk po4 191[n] .
