Growing antimicrobial resistance is a major health problem in present health scenario which affects morbidity and mortality due to infectious diseases. Indiscriminate use of antimicrobials in human beings is its well known cause. Can indiscriminate use of antimicrobials in animal husbandry also cause antimicrobial resistance.
