Recently, I visited a gynaecologist with my relative for a routiene antenatal check-up. The doctor advised Heparin injections. The pregnant lady had no complication or bad obstetric history.

The doctor said she is using the injection as it will increase a chance of normal delivery. Is it rational to administer heparin in a normal antenatal case for normal delivery?
