A 69-year-old woman presented to a hospital with masses in the left chest for the past three months. History The woman had a history of follicular thyroid cancer. She underwent total thyroidectomy (1 st surgery) with right-sided cervical lymphadenectomy ten years ago. After two years, she developed a recurrence of left cervical lymphadenopathy which was treated with left-sided modified radical neck dissection (2 nd surgery). Two years later, she developed a recurrence in the left supraclavicular and left axillary lymph node treated with resection of these metastatic lesions (3 rd surgery).
She received iodine treatment after every surgery. The iodine treatment after the third surgery was followed by levothyroxine administration. Investigation Physical examination revealed the presence of solid, mobile, painless masses in the left chest wall. Three prominent masses were observed. 1:โฆ
