With mushrooming of the private medical colleges we have few professors to work as full-time teachers, and there are restriction and permission to do post postmortems in private medical colleges.

We are producing plenty of undergraduates who have no idea what post mortem is and law and regulation of medical registration make them eligible to do post postmortems.
