This is regarding one clinic in my area , which is running by a non-medico, it gives some massage over the bed for around 1 hr and tells patients that your nerves which are blocked will open. But some patients came in my clinic with dehydration, cramps, uneasy feelings.

I want to know can MCI or State govt can take some action against this or they can run this type of clinics without permission and play with patients life?
