My patient of age 35 years having pain in testes more on left side since 2 years, aggravated by standing. He was treated many times assuming epididymo orchitis with antibiotics and painkillers. He uses scrotal support regularly.

His latest USG scrotum is normal. No hernia, hydrocele and varicocele.veins and cord normal. Please suggest what can be done as permanent solution.
