I am pursuing my MD Anaesthesiology in one of the private institutions. In one of my CMO Duty, a patient was brought dead. Relatives asked for PM.

The patient was a relative of local MLA. He also rushed there, we calmed them down and asked to go to the nearby government hospital for the death certificate. Can private institution issue death certificate as many times patient prefer our institute over the government?
